Poster guidance:
- Maximum size: 2x3 feet (24x36 inches)
- Structure: No standard template, but should be structured as:
- Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion
- Poster must be brought by presenters and dropped off at the registration desk upon check-in. Posters will not be printed by the organizers.

Showing proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as well as proof of a negative COVID-19 test is no longer a requirement for entry into the United States.

Base Access Form (SECNAV 5512):
- If you are experiencing issues completing the Adobe PDF Base Access Form, please complete the form by hand and scan the form in.
- For required documents, two forms of identification are required. Acceptable forms of identification include an issued driver's license, a passport, or any issued identification with a picture.
- Block 25 should be the USU sponsor's name and phone number.
- Blocks 26 & 27 must be completely filled out with phone numbers and an address.
DBIDS (Defense Biometric Identification System) Form:
- The DBIDS Form is a required form for base access.
- The base sponsor on the SECNAV 5512 must be the same person listed as the sponsor on the DBIDS form.
